During 1997 and 1998, Senda Group, tourism division (Known as Turimex), decided to expand their services to south and central Mexico.

Senda Group franchised for several years Grayline Brand on Mexico City, Zacatecas and Guadalajara.

Mexico City's project, was set up and started by Logarcy, which included the following activities:

  • Office selection and leasing contracts for the building and parking of vehicles

  • Hiring of the new personnel, including, among others, salespersons, tourist guides, drivers and security personnel

  • Entire utilities set-up (phone, water, electricity), contracts and preparations for the office

  • Obtaining permissions from the city to "Office Regimen", external ads and other special considerations that the City required as a tourism company

  • Establishment of the compensation package for each position

  • Sales and marketing plans

  • Tour operation and logistics

  • Complete Office set-up (furniture, local area network, phones, security system, air conditioning and computers)
